◦Pumpkin Pie◦

Nothing says fall or Thanksgiving more than Pumpkin Pie. Pair this holiday staple with a bottle of Stella Rosa Rosso for an unmatchable duo! The perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Cook Time: 55 Minutes

Total Time: 1 hour and 10 minutes



1, 15oz can of pumpkin

1, 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk

2 large eggs

1 tsp ground cinnamon

½ tsp ground ginger

½ tsp ground nutmeg

½ tsp salt

1, 9 inch unbaked pie crust



  1. In a large mixing bowl, add in pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add pumpkin mis to unbaked pie crust, bake for 15 min at 425 degrees F.
  3. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife can be inserted 1 inch from crust and comes out clean.
  4. Remove pie from oven and let sit, once it has cooled, garnish as desired!
