Blood orange Sangria

 1 bottle Stella Rosa Rosso Lux
 6 blood oranges, sliced
 1 cup rum
 0.50 cup club soda
 0.50 cup simple syrup
 1 pinch sugar

Zest one of the blood oranges and combine it with sugar in a bowl. Rub the sugar and zest together until fragrant. Juice 3 blood oranges into bowl, discard any seeds and pith.

In a large mason jar, combine the Stella Rosa Rosso Lux, rum, blood orange juice, club soda and simple syrup. Stir well to mix.

Slice the remaining blood oranges and top with sugar. Place slices in large mason jar, seal tight and chill for 2 hours (or overnight for most flavor).

Pour sangria into a glass with each and enjoy!
