Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Stella Rosa Black
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 6 oz. bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • mini marshmallows

 

Instructions:

  1. Bring chocolate and wine to a simmer.
  2. Whisk until all chocolate is melted.
  3. Add water, milk, and salt.
  4. Bring to a boil and continue whisking (3 minutes).
  5. Serve with mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and enjoy!
