This super tasty margarita contains the perfect kick with it’s salty/spicy Tajín rim and one of your favorites Stella Rosa Tropical Mango wine. This true summer cocktail will have you feeling like you are tasting ripe mango slices sprinkled with Tajín seasoning and fresh lime juice. Pair this creamy, tart, and sweet cocktail with your favorite Mexican dish or simply enjoy on its own.
1 bottle Stella Rosa Tropical Mango wine (add to taste)
1 lime wedge
3 ounces silver tequila
1 small mango – peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped
1 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
1 tbsp. chili powder, such as Tajin
2 ounces orange liqueur
1 1/2 ounces agave nectar
3 ounces of grapefruit soda
- Spread the chili powder in a dish. Moisten the rim of a margarita glass with a lime wedge; dip the rim in the chili powder to coat.
- In a blender, puree the mango.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and serve.
