Ingredients
Cookies
1 box of any sugar cookie mix
1 tube of black writing icing
1 tube of blue writing icing
1 tube of red writing icing
1 bag of marshmallows
Royal Icing
4 cups confectioners sugar
5 tbsp warm water
3 tbsp meringue powder

Make cookies as directed on the box/bag of mix. Let cool completely.

While cookies cool, make royal icing by combining all ingredients until smooth icing has formed and tap bowl to ensure there are no bubbles in the icing.

Draw circles or puddle shapes on cookies with icing then fill in.

Place marshmallow on top and decorate with colored writing icing
