Shipping and Returns

  • Sweet Wine Club orders ship within 2 business days of processing.
  • Shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your distance from our fulfillment center. Shipping is complimentary on Sweet Wine Club subscription boxes.
  • Someone who is at least 21 years old must be available to sign for each shipment. When providing us with a shipping address please take this into account as all packages are labeled as containing wine and legally require an in-person signature. Carriers will not leave packages unattended regardless of having a signature on file.
  • We recommend shipping your order to your place of work since a signature 21+ is required upon delivery.
  • If you would like to change your shipping address, just log in and go to your profile to update and save your information.
  • Every quarter when your order ships, we will send you an email with its tracking number. You can also view the tracking number for all orders from the Order History page in your account.
  • If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately so we can resolve your concerns. We may make arrangements, if appropriate.
  • Returned orders may be subject to a restocking fee equivalent to the cost of shipping.
  • In accordance with compliance regulations, recipients must live in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wyoming, or the District of Colombia.
